Week one of training and I managed to get in 4 days of runs: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Today started (obviously) week number two and I am going to shoot to get in at least 5 days: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I don't promise anything.
Today I ran 7 miles, showered, had breakfast, went to the farmer market and was down for a nap by 11:30 a.m. It is the only good thing about getting up at the crack ass of dawn.
