Ran Saturday, 7 miles. Sunday, off because Jesus said so. Monday, 4 miles; Tuesday, 6 miles; Wednesday, 3 miles; today, wishing for injury.
I am supposed to run today. But the voices in my head are putting up great arguments of why I should just stay home tonight and be the blob I so desperately want to be.
