A little snag in the running. For the past 4-5 weeks my left quad has been hurting. The pain has slowly increased to where after my tempo run last week I could barely make it from the van to the house. It was time to get it check-out. Went to the doc yesterday and it is a torn quad muscle. MOTHERFU**!!!
Hopefully I can give it some rest, do some alternative training and still be able to run the PF Chang Half in January. Getting old sucks.
